Meet Krista Alexis
Krista Alexis is the founder and artist behind Bella Glow. Her love of makeup began long before it became a career- through late nights watching tutorials, experimenting on herself, and creating looks for friends for proms, celebrations, and everything in between.
After becoming a licensed Esthetician in 2014, Krista founded Bella Glow the following year, creating a studio centered around elevated artistry, beautiful skin, and an experience that feels as good as the final look.
With over a decade in the beauty industry, Krista has worked with hundreds of brides, clients, and creative teams. Her approach is considered and refined, with an appreciation for luminous skin, soft definition, and details that make a look feel effortless. She believes makeup should enhance what’s already there, not cover it up, and that the most beautiful looks are the ones that still feel unmistakably like you.
While the artistry is at the heart of what she does, Krista knows the experience matters just as much. She loves the intimacy of a wedding morning- the music playing, the coffee, the anticipation, the little moments before the day begins. Her calm presence and attention to detail create a space where clients can settle in, exhale, and enjoy getting ready.

"Krista is not only the most talented makeup artist but an amazing happy & calming presence to be around the entire morning of the biggest day of your life! My makeup preview was flawless and I couldn’t have been happier but she would have adjusted anything I wanted, had I needed. I live out of state which made things a bit stressful for me when it came to booking a trial and everything, but she was very accommodating with my Schedule and travel plans. After the trial, I only had one thing I wanted her to do different, showed her a picture of how I wanted it done and BOOM, she did it perfectly. She EXCEEDED my expectations day of my wedding. Not only did I look and feel my absolute best, my bridesmaids were at awe of their makeup too.
